Motor mounting:
1. Good ventilation and cooling conditions should be ensured during
installation of the motor, it should not be used for hot sun and rain
places
2. The motor allows be drived by using couplings, spur gear and pulley, but
for a 2-pol motor above 4kw or a 4-pol motor above 30kw, pulley driving
should better be avoided
3. For vertical mounted motors, other axial load devices are not allowed
except for belt pulley(or equivalent ordinary pulley load)
4. When using a belt drive, the motor shaft and load shaft centerline
parallel surface requires the belt centerline should be vertical to the shaft
centerline. When using coupling drive, the motor shaft centerline should
coinside with the load shaft centerline
Motor operation:
1. The motor should be tight grounded, junction box must have a ground
sign; if necessary, use the foot to ground the motor
2. Motor allows full voltage starting, if the capacity of the user's electric
fence isn't big enough, the motor should be started with lower voltage
3. When the deviation between power frequency and the value on the
nameplate exceeds 1% or the voltage deviation exceeds 5%, the motor
can not be guaranteed with a continuous rating output power;
continuously working motors should not be overloaded
4. There should not be interrupted or unusual noise or vibration during
idling or on load operation of the motors
5. When the thermal protection and short circuit protection for the motor
actions occur consecutively, the source of the fault should be identified
and eliminated, after that the motor can operate normally
6. If the motor generates too much heat during operation, it should be
measured
